Bedsheet Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return You may return your bedsheet if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted if:

• The bedsheet has been used or washed.
• The product is stained, soiled, or has any odour.
• Original packaging or tags are missing.
• The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Replacement

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a free replacement or full refund after verification.
• Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video (if available).

Refund Process

• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your registered bank account or UPI ID.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping will be free.
• For returns due to customer preference (such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or colour preference), return shipping charges may apply or returns may not be accepted, depending on the product listing.

• Reason for return
• Photos of the product
• Unboxing video (recommended for damaged or wrong item claims)
